Wake up gently to a cleansing ayurvedic drink.
7am
Morning guided meditation overlooking the ocean, setting the scene for a beautiful day ahead. (Quick dive in before yoga?)
7.20am
Yoga
9.15am
Tropical breakfast
Coconut chia pudding, bircher muesli, ayurvedic tea.
Free Time
10.30am - 11.30am
Ayurvedic Skincare (optional)
Discover your dosha and the secret to beautiful skin for your constitution. Your skin is the largest organ of the body and is bombarded with toxins from the inside and out. Learn tips for radiant skin, how to care both internally and externally for skin problems such as eczema, psorias, dry skin etc and discover simple herbal remedies that help to remove toxins from the skin. Learn the art of self-massage and try some beautiful Ayurvedic facial and body oils all aimed at repairing and rejuvenating from the outside in.

Free Time
12.45pm
Lunch.
Turmeric coconut rice, spiced island vegetables, selection of ayurvedic inspired salads. Optional: locally caught herb-baked snapper.
1.30pm
Free time.
Enjoy snorkeling in the lagoon, relaxing by the pool or a massage with Suse at Magic bungalows.
4 - 5.15pm
Yoga.
5.30pm
Light supper platter. Divine dips and a selection of locally sourced plant-based nibbles to share.
 
6.30pm
Optional lagoon night paddle and meditation.
Night-time SUP tour under the stars across the lagoon. On a clear, calm night it feels like you're floating on air, with the chance to glide peacefully over turtles and eagle-rays. Guided meditation under the stars.
8.45pm
Night-time drink and gratitude.
