Wednesday April 21st - Sunday April 25th 2021

We believe in experiences that create shifts and memories to last a lifetime.

This is an unforgettable 5 day, 4 night luxury Ayurvedic yoga retreat in Waipu, one hour and 40minutes north of Auckland.

The perfect treat for friends, mothers & daughters and solo goddesses looking to unwind from the pressures of life, re-ignite your spirit and reconnect with the beauty of who you are.

A Life Changing Experience

Wake up to panoramic ocean views accross to Bream Bay, unwind with a fragrant Ayurvedic cleansing drink, morning breathwork or a guided meditation, a dip in the pool and a bountiful breakfast followed by world-class yoga. Your retreat is a fully holistic experience involving nourishment, yoga and movement, mindfulness, breath and relaxation.

As you enjoy a little corner of paradise there will be plenty of time for you to indulge in peaceful solitude or immerse yourself in the activities on offer. The only decisions you will face will be whether to take that additional massage, relax in the hot spa or go for a bush walk. With no family or business to organise,  just blissfully focus on yourself as you restore your balance, relax your mind and rejuvenate your soul.

The Place

Your retreat is set in the hills overlooking Waipu with panaromic views of the ocean. The stunning private bedrooms all have incredible views, access to an outside deck and are fitted with luxurious linen and eco toiletries. With 7 bathrooms - you never have to wait! Enjoy a dip in our private pool, curl up with a book in the serenity garden or enjoy a massage in the treatment room. Choose either twin share (King Single), private King single, or indulge yourself in the divine experience of having a California King bedroom all to yourself. Watch the most spectacular skies unfold over the ocean from the hot spa.

The Practice

Each day will include yoga, meditation and mindfulness. The yoga classes are small enough to allow individual attention and alignment, with a focus on personal growth and expansion. Your yoga programme is a carefully planned journey and along with what you might expect, may include restorative yoga, yoga nidra and pranayama.

The retreat is designed to restore energy and bring balance, you can expect to become calm and centred during your stay. Yoga and movement increases endorphins and reduces cognitive decline. Moving our bodies reduces cortisol - the stress hormone, reducing depression and anxiety. We believe yoga and movement are a cornerstone of health and here you will experience just that.

The Food

Our chef will prepare a rainbow of Ayurvedic plant based food sourced from fresh local produce (mainly organic with occasional freshly caught fish where possible). Begin your day with an Ayurvedic detox drink, and enjoy a beautiful breakfast, a generous lunch and a light supper. Designed to support your metabolism, you will also enjoy carefully planned Ayurvedic medicinal teas, each focusing on a different aspect of your wellbeing.

Eating with awareness is encouraged for optimal digestion. Mindfulness while eating is a powerful practice, not just to improve nutrient absorption but to allow yourself to slow down and be fully present. A healthy digestion allows you to digest all of life - and this concept is central to our meal-times on retreat.

It is a world leading and life changing retreat. I would recommend it to anyone wanting to take time out from the craziness of life, or just to step aside and experience a beautiful fulfilling  4 nights / 5 days of revitalisation, recharge and connection with yourself alongside like minded women. You won't look back after this life-changing experience.
I can’t rate it highly enough and I know I will glow at a higher level until the next one!
I truly am filled with gratitude.

Luisa Pellisier

The facilitators very competent.

The food freshly made.

The extra activities valuable experiences. Highly recommended if you wish to relax, energize, understand how yoga and the ayurvedic principles can have a positive impact on your life.

It was an unforgettable experience.

I'm truly grateful.

Shelley Lambert

Not only was this retreat totally relaxing, fun and healthy, it was actually life changing and helped clarify the direction I'd like my life to go from here.

It detoxed me with delicious nourishing food that I will replicate for my family.

I learned that I need to prioritize my health high in the ranks of a busy working Mum role, and that will be fine for the rest of the family.

I made life long friends with beautiful like minded ladies, who also took the time to pause, share and reflect.

Can't recommend this experience highly enough!!!!
