Lemon turmeric quinoa with roast beetroot and goat's cheese
Coconut basmati rice with caramalised walnuts
Chickpea and coriander fritters with cavalo nero
Fish when available
The teachings of Ayurveda encourage lunch as a main meal. Enjoy the art of eating calmly and mindfully. Stay present and notice your shifting attention as you enjoy delicious nourishment, beautiful company and stunning surroundings.
2 pm
Piroa Falls
A short bush walk to a stunning waterfall nestled in the hills. Take time to sit quietly as the Tuis lend their harmonies, or go for a dip in the crystal clear water.
Alternatively enjoy free time, a massage or relax by the pool.
5.45pm
Dinner
Pumpkin coconut curry, gingery greens and freshly baked chapati
 
7.30pm
Yoga Nidra

Evening gratitude and journal
