Wake up gently to a cleansing ayurvedic drink and positive mantra

Ayurvedic inspired breakfast designed to reset metabolism
Free Time

Asana practice

Lunch
Selection of warm and cold ayurvedic inspired island salads
eg lemon turmeric quinoa with goat's cheese, coconut basmati rice with caramalised walnuts, chickpea and coriander fritters. Fish where available.
The teachings of Ayurveda encourage lunch as a main meal. Enjoy the art of eating calmly and mindfully. Stay present and notice your shifting attention as you enjoy delicious nourishment, beautiful company, the gentle lap of the ocean and breeze in your hair.

2 - 4.30pm
Cross Island Hike (optional activity included in your retreat)
Known as the best hike in the Pacific. With Ashlee as our guide, through native rainforest, past ancient rocks and hidden waterfalls towards the Needle to enjoy incredible views back over the island.
Alternatively enjoy free time, a massage or Pamper package with the amazing Susie or Zeb at Magic Bungalows.
5.30pm
Dinner
Island pumpkin curry and freshly baked chapati.
 
6.30pm
Optional lagoon night paddle, meditation and fire show.
Night-time SUP tour under the stars across the lagoon. On a clear, calm night it feels like you're floating on air, with the chance to glide peacefully over turtles and eagle-rays. Guided meditation under the stars. Finishing with an island fire dance by our very own tour guide.
