The key is to understand your mind-body 'type' or constitution.
Our universe is made up of 5 elements.
Space, air, fire, water and earth.
We all have different quanities of these within us, which is what makes up our dosha.
You may be mostly one type. Or a combination.
Once you identify your unique mind-body type or 'dosha', you'll understand what brings you into balance. And what will tip you out of balance and into "dis-ease".
And this can be physical, mental or emotional.
Ayurveda makes sense of the maze of wellness regimes available, and points to what is most suitable for YOU.
It's completely holistic.
With diet and exercise (yoga), self-awareness practices and herbs,
balance is brought back to your mind, body and spirit.
